This is NOT your typical technician role. At Wilkins RV, we’re looking for a highly skilled, hands-on problem solver to lead our service team and tackle the kinds of challenges others can’t.

You don’t need to come from the RV industry. If you’ve built, fixed, wired, installed, or figured things out in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, marine, or general contracting, this role is for you.

• Has experience across multiple trades, not just one lane

• Enjoys leading and mentoring others

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair complex issues across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, and chassis systems
• Take on the “tough jobs” that require creativity and experience
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of technicians
• Set the standard for quality, efficiency, and problem-solving
• Work closely with service leadership to continuously improve operations

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in any skilled trade (RV, automotive, construction, HVAC, electrical, marine, maintenance, etc.)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
• Leadership or mentorship experience (or readiness to step into it)
• Pride in your work and attention to detail
• Own tools preferred
