Sales Manager
Manages sales force and inventory to achieve sales forecast goals; Establish long- and short-range goals for the Sales Department; Forecast department needs by setting daily, monthly, and annual goals; Develop new and seasoned Salespeople with the mindset of continuous improvement. Assist the GM In budgeting all controllable expense factors for Sales Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Determine policies and procedures to accomplish objectives.
• Develop and set up programs necessary to reach objectives.
• Hire, train and direct a sales force large enough to gain a profitable market penetration and accomplish sales objectives.
• Inventory Management

• Key Results Areas:

1. Profit Management - sales performance meets or exceeds forecast in the number of units sold, the dollar value of sales, and gross profits generated.
2. Personnel Management – hire, develop, and guide a sales force to ensure sales targets are achieved.
3. Inventory Management – assist in developing the inventory plan, keeping inventory levels in line with the inventory plan, and keeping aged inventory within acceptable levels.

Requirements: Three years of management experience developing, leading, and growing teams; Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $200,000
