Salary Range:
- $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 dependent on experience.

Position Summary:
As an Assistant Service Manager, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing the customer service experience from scheduling appointments through to final billing. You’ll also be responsible for managing a team of skilled technicians, ensuring productivity, quality of work, and effective communication across departments. This position requires strong leadership, organization, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Manage the full service cycle: appointment setting, work order preparation, and final invoicing
- Supervise, support, and motivate a team of technicians to meet productivity and quality goals
- Monitor technician performance, assign jobs based on skill level, and ensure efficient workflow
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and follow-up
- Assist customers in identifying service needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Prepare accurate service estimates and obtain necessary approvals
- Promote available products and services
- Ensure work is completed to customer satisfaction and follow up as needed
- Drive service department efficiency and actively identify upsell opportunities
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal departments to support overall dealership success
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role (preferred)
- Previous experience managing or working closely with service technicians is highly preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
