Salary Range:

• $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 annually
• Eligible for bonus program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing parts and accessories.
• Maintain the retail store's appearance and inventory.
• Achieve monthly sales and profit goals for the department.
• Handle parts-related phone inquiries and special orders.
• Set up and maintain merchandise displays, including seasonal items.
• Maintain accurate records in our inventory system (IDS).
• Handle the shipping/receiving.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and back-order follow-ups.
• Research and recommend new products for the store.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and professional department environment.

• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and diagrams.
• Comfortable with basic math and computer systems (Microsoft Office, inventory software).
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
